We are seeking an ambitious, high-performing Charter Sales Broker with a proven ability to turn warm inquiries into confirmed bookings. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients, using your consultative sales approach, tenacity, and deep market knowledge to guide guests from initial inquiry through to contract signing and unforgettable sea journeys.
Drive Conversions: Rapidly respond to and rigorously follow up on incoming booking inquiries, transforming interest into qualified, closed sales.
Curate Experiences: Consult directly with private clients to match their expectations with ideal vessels, fleets, and itineraries.
Manage the Sales Pipeline: Guide clients through negotiations, contract execution (MYBA/CYBA), payment schedules, and preference sheets.
Build Lasting Relationships: Maintain consistent contact with past clients to drive repeat bookings, referrals, and long-term brand loyalty.

Demonstrated track record of closing sales in yacht charter brokerage, luxury travel, or high-end hospitality.
Proven ability to manage and convert a active sales pipeline/CRM.
Familiarity with key global charter regions, vessel specifications, and industry standard contracts.
